    DOES SIMPLYBABY ACTUALLY SHIP MY PRODUCTS?

    SimplyBaby does not ship any of your orders. Our partners ship the products fast and free from their warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached 7 days a week between 8am – 5pm at hello@simplybaby.co or via facebook messenger on our Facebook page.

     

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    Please allow 2-4 weeks from your order date for U.S. deliveries, and up to 45 days for international deliveries.

    If you ordered multiple items, it would not be unusual to receive multiple packages at slightly different times. We source items from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.

      

    WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will begin to ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. We then ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Products coming from overseas can take as long as 45 days. If you do not receive your order within 45 days please contact us for a refund, or we can resend your order.

     

    ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED

    Due to the high demand of our products, we ship them as soon as they are in stock. If you placed a multi-item order, you may receive multiple packages from multiple vendors.

     

    CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed. Once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order. However, you can return your order after you receive it.

     

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

    After you have made your purchase, online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. Depending on the vendor, tracking information may not be available. You can always contact us at hello@simplybaby.co for the status of your order.

     

    WHAT COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?

    Most of the products are coming directly from China through a service called e-packet. E-packet does not need a signature

    Items that arrived damaged can be returned within 15 days! Please email us at: hello@simplybaby.co to authorize a return. 

    SimplyBaby’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

    If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
